These are necessary for properties that are either unregistered or listed on the “Registry of Deeds”. Land Registry Maps.
A Land Registry Compliant Map is a certified map of your property, prepared by our Engineers. Your Solicitor may have requested this if your property is not registered with the Property Registration Authority. We offer this service for Properties in Galway or Mayo.
Multi-Storey Maps.
Multi-Storey Maps my be required for individual Apartments or Duplex Units in a building that has a number of different properties and owners. Multi-Storey maps are generally more expensive, as they require a full internal survey of the property to be prepared, in addition to the Land Registry Compliant Map.
Declaration of Identity.
If you are selling your property and need to have your Land Registry Compliant Map verified, this is done with a “Sworn Statutory Declaration of Identity”. The document is prepared and Sworn by our Engineer on front of a Solicitor or Commissioner For Oaths. We offer this service for maps we prepare only.
