Do I Need a Snag List?
Snag Lists are generally for new houses. The survey involves inspecting the fixtures and fittings of a new property for compliance with the Building Regulations and for general functionality. After the building process, there can be snags with a new home. Typically these snags are either painting defects or items that may have become damaged during the construction phase - like door handles, windows and other appliances.
