New Land Registry Compliant Map Service Galway

Today MyEngineer.ie have launched our new map service - MyMaps.ie.

If you are selling your home in Galway, sometimes your Solicitor may require that a new “Land Registry Compliant Map” be prepared. This can be for a number of reasons, most commonly that the original map may have been on land that was registered on the Registry of Deeds and not with the Property Registration Authority of Ireland (Land Registry).

We can prepare Land Registry Compliant Maps and a Sworn Statutory Declaration of Identity if required through our new service! We currently offer this service for Galway Properties only.
